ServiceNow integration trigger incidents from your Epsagon environment directly to ServiceNow.


Installation
To set up Epsagon alerts as incidents to your ServiceNow instance, please set the following parameters in the settings page:
- Your username in your ServiceNow instance.
- Your password in your ServiceNow instance.
- Your ServiceNow instance domain, for example, "company71863.service-now.com". Make sure to remove HTTP prefix or any suffix after the ".com".


Set up an alert
Once set, go to the alerts screen. You can create an alert, and in the channels, select ServiceNow. Leave the input empty.


Cooldown
There is a 5 minute cool down on alerts for each issue
