In order to send alerts from Epsagon, you'll need to set up an incoming webhook. You can follow the tutorial here for more information.

Start first by navigating to the Administration->Integrations->Incoming, and click on New:

Fill the following details, choose a destination channel, and a user to post as:

Click on save, and then copy the webhook URL into Epsagon:

Set up an alert

Once connected, go to the alerts screen, create or edit an alert. Now you can insert the Rocket.Chat webhook URL when creating a new alert:


There is a 5 minute cool down on alerts for each issue
