PagerDuty integration trigger incidents from your Epsagon environment directly to PagerDuty.


To set up alerts to PagerDuty, please go to Configuration -> Event Rules:

Create a Ruleset, then copy the Integration key:

To the Epsagon dashboard, at the PagerDuty integration settings:

Set up an alert

Once set, go to the alerts screen. You can create an alert, and in the channels, select PagerDuty and put a group name. The group name is a parameter the will be forwarded in the event details, so you can create rules based on that:

Make sure to create an event rule, so events will show up as incidents in your PagerDuty account. An example can be:
