Glip integration creates workflows for your team. Now you can triage, resolve, and explore issues directly from Glip.
To set up alerts to Glip (by RingCentral), click on more actions -> Integrations (on the bottom left part):
Then select RingCentral WebHooks:
Choose conversation or create a team according to your preference:
Copy the HTTP POST URL and close the window:
Once created, go to the alerts screen, create or edit an alert. Now you insert the HTTP POST URL of Glip when creating a new alert:
There is a 5 minute cool down on alerts for each issue
